The RE/MAX Malta Golden Circle, is a performance-based program that outlines quality and consistency in our people’s service offering. With the aim of continuously motivating our sales and letting associates to reach new heights, the Golden Circle not only elevates the company’s standards, but also fosters a culture of dedication and client-centricity.
What is the RE/MAX Golden Circle?
The RE/MAX Golden Circle was launched back in 2021 with the premise of recognising and rewarding the RE/MAX Sales and Letting Associates excelling in their performance over the respective business quarter. The deciding criteria for inclusion consists of three main categories: the property listings, the coversion of sales, and the overall activity-rate of the associate.
At the end of each quarter, the top associates across our Sales and Letting divisions are determined and invited to a fancy business brunch, accompanied by Kevin Buttigieg (RE/MAX Malta Chairman), Sam Zammit (RE/MAX Malta CEO) and Arnold Cini (RE/MAX Malta CCO). On the day, associates benefit from exclusive networking opportunities and motivational talks. Such events are heavily featured on RE/MAX Malta’s social media channels for maximum exposure, at the benefit of the attending individuals.

2023 was a stupendous year for Real Estate in Malta. In Malta’s dynamic real estate scene, consistency is key. The RE/MAX Golden Circle Business Brunch
Over the course of 2023, RE/MAX Malta colloborated with four renowned brunch places to host its Business Brunch. All four locations offered their own unique experience, from ambience to service and quality of food and beverage.
