My first contact with Agent Shaun Vassallo started at the beginning of the year 2026 via facebook post on a property he posted. I immediately liked his approach compared to other agents which were unprofessional and showed me above my budget homes which created tension in the family + filled us with high hopes and off track. Shaun listened to my financial situation, the need of selling, buying, timings, restrictions, limitations. He didn't jump into showing me everything that came in on the market, the contrary he took time to explain when best to start the process of selling / buying and made me aware and made me knowledgeable of the steps ahead.
