Covering an estimated 16000m² footprint, Ta Monita Residence includes several one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses, several of which offer fantastic views of Marsascala Bay or the Mediterranean Sea. Ta Monita is one of Malta’s few SDA (Special Designated Area), ensuring it attracts both local and foreign investors.
