SDA Status
Trident Park was formally designated as a Special Designated Area through Legal Notice 138 of 2025, published in the Government Gazette on 15 July 2025. This status allows both EU and non-EU nationals to acquire units within the development with the same rights as Maltese citizens, without the need for an AIP permit.
