Attempting to find and purchase a property in Malta can be troublesome but I was lucky enough to cooperate with an excellent agent, Mr. Fotis Konidaris who made the process significantly more straightforward. From the first appointment we had in August 2023, Fotis, after collecting in detail all the requirements I had in my search for an apartment to buy, immediately started his process in recommending the most appropriate properties available based on the client's budget and required specifications. Fotis managed to facilitate the process efficiently even when we had to perform some steps remotely since I was away from Malta for long periods.
