Agents are flying high with the RE/MAX Golden Circle. Here is a round up of RE/MAX Malta’s sales and lettings top-performers in 2022.
Recently, RE/MAX Malta’s CEO and Chairman Jeffrey and Kevin Buttigieg, respectively, organised a business breakfast to recognise the sales and lettings associates that made it into the Golden Circle in the last quarter of 2022.
RE/MAX Malta’s Golden Circle, which was launched in 2021, is an initiative meant to recognize and reward the top-performing RE/MAX sales and lettings associates once a quarter.
Thanks to this initiative, the top-performing agents are rewarded for their constant daily success rather than only competing for high-volume sales. This inspires agents to provide a high-level service for all of RE/MAX Malta’s clients, whether a young couple searching for their first home or someone looking for a luxury villa.
This is a vital part of RE/MAX’s vision regarding selling or letting property in Malta; it wants what is best for its staff and clients alike, whether finding someone a dream home or helping someone forge their dream career.

Over three months, the Golden Circle measures eight performance indicators: i.e. service standards, sales or rentals, and database integrity. The agents generating the highest accumulated scores are awarded a place within the Golden Circle in the following quarter.
The company’s platform’s digital nature lets associates see their rankings and progress in real time as it updates live. Since different factors determine the scores, agents and associates can see which areas need improvement to boost their overall scores. It’s also a way of RE/MAX showing that no small deed is insignificant and provides a standard benchmark.
This way, agents and associates better understand what it means to be part of the RE/MAX family, but it also helps shape them into better-rounded professionals.
Needless to say, the Golden Circle comes with some special perks. As many would attest, networking is an important aspect of making it in the profession, therefore networking chances with other Golden Circle winners provide unique insights about the local real estate market.
High-level training is also becoming more accessible, and discussions with keynote speakers on subjects such as resilience, performance, and goal setting at Golden Circle events. Such experienced speakers inspire associates to continue to perform at a higher level and remain among the industry’s best associates. Becoming a RE/MAX agent entails self-improvement as part of the business culture. As a result, a career with RE/MAX is a never-ending learning experience.
RE/MAX Agents that get into the Golden Circle also become part of a Loyalty program which provides them discounts at several retail and catering establishments around the Maltese Islands.
