A Clear Commitment to Community Welfare in Malta

REMAX Malta strengthened its role in community support through the REMAX & Friends Foundation. During the event, Chairman Kevin Buttigieg and CEO Sam Zammit presented a donation to The Optimist Club of Malta, represented by Ms Rita Micallef.

This initiative highlights a clear purpose. It shows that REMAX Malta supports people, not just property. In addition, it reflects a long-term commitment to local communities.

Helping Children Learn, Grow, and Succeed

The Optimist Club of Malta is a voluntary organisation dedicated to supporting children in their academic development and social integration.

In pursuit of this mission, the project Ikber Magħna (“Grow with Us”) was launched in 2021. Since its inception, the initiative has provided after-school educational support to children aged 7 to 10 from eight localities across Malta: Birgu, Hamrun, Msida, Valletta, Paola, Marsaskala, and Swieqi.

Through this programme, children benefit not only from structured academic assistance but also from opportunities to develop confidence, social skills, and meaningful connections within their communities.

REMAX & Friends Foundation: Creating Real Impact

Since 2013, the REMAX & Friends Foundation has led the company’s social efforts. While REMAX Malta is a leading real estate network, it also invests in people and communities.

Over time, it has delivered meaningful projects. For instance, it organises fundraising events such as marathons and charity drives. In addition, REMAX has worked closely with organisations like Puttinu Cares Foundation and Id-Dar tal-Providenza.

Moreover, the foundation supported the development of play areas at Mater Dei Hospital’s Rainbow Ward. It also provides specialised equipment for visually impaired children. Therefore, these actions bring real support to families who need it most.

In the end, this collaboration shows what strong partnerships can achieve. By supporting education and well-being, REMAX Malta helps create better opportunities for future generations.
