RE/MAX Malta officially closed 2025 with one of the most ambitious and memorable events to date. The Annual Awards Ceremony, themed “Legacy of Leaders”, took place at the prestigious Mediterranean Conference Centre in Valletta. The evening brought together franchise owners, managers, associates and branch administrators for a powerful celebration of achievement, growth and forward-thinking leadership.
From the moment guests entered the historic venue, transformed by full conference staging, grand lighting production, a striking stage setup and lounge area, it was clear that this was more than an awards ceremony; it was a statement of strength, unity, and continued ambition.
Opening Interview: Insights from the Top
The evening began with an engaging one-on-one Q&A between renowned Maltese presenter Keith Demicoli and Chairman Kevin Buttigieg.
The discussion set a reflective and strategic tone for the night. Through a series of focused questions, Demicoli guided the Chairman through key highlights of Malta’s evolving real estate market, the resilience demonstrated across the network, and the importance of continuous professional growth.
The Chairman shared a wealth of experience and practical knowledge, reinforcing the importance of education, adaptability and leadership discipline. Associates were encouraged to keep learning, to collaborate across offices, and to continue raising standards as the island’s top real estate leaders. The message was clear: long-term success is built through knowledge, integrity and unity.
A Defining Year for the Brand
CEO Sam Zammit delivered a comprehensive address reflecting on the milestones achieved throughout 2025. He highlighted the collaboration, teamwork and dedication demonstrated across every office and department within the network. His speech recognised that success is never individual alone, it is built on collective standards, shared goals and unified effort. 2025, he emphasised, was a year of strategic progress and strengthened foundations.
A major highlight of the evening was the announcement of the global rebranding of the RE/MAX brand. A strategic evolution designed to modernise and further strengthen the brand’s international presence while enhancing the client and associate experience.
Further expansion plans were revealed by CCO Arnold Cini, who officially announced the opening of a new office, RE/MAX PRIME, to be led by Jenny Yang, reinforcing the company’s continued growth across Malta.
Operational performance figures were also presented by COO Arnold Cini, who shared key statistics and benchmarks that demonstrated the scale, production strength and upward trajectory achieved during 2025.
Mindset, Performance & “How You Show Up”
The energy shifted into inspiration with a dynamic keynote address by Ken Attard, Founder of Mindset Malta. Rather than delivering a traditional speech, Attard fully engaged the audience, challenging the associates with a powerful and personal question:
“How do you choose to show up?”
He spoke about performance mindset, emotional discipline, resilience under pressure and the daily habits that separate high performers from the average. Through interactive moments and thought-provoking examples, he emphasised that success in real estate and in life is intentional. It requires preparation, accountability and manifestation to take ownership of one’s standards. The session resonated deeply with associates who operate in a fast-paced, competitive environment where mindset can define outcomes.

Following CCO Arnold Cini, the stage transitioned to performance recognition. Host Keith Demicoli returned to centre stage to formally present the 2025 Certificate and Award winners.
