Exclusive Real Estate Trainer joins RE/MAX Malta

 As part of its commitment to consistently increase the level of service and professionalism in the real estate industry, RE/MAX Malta has appointed Paul Vincenti of PV Consultants Ltd. as their exclusive real estate trainer and HR consultant.

The agreement comes after the company announced their eighth consecutive year of growth and reaching the milestone of €106 million worth of sales.

RE/MAX Malta, managing director Kevin Buttigieg said that “We have been working with Mr. Vincenti for the past six years and he has contributed tremendously to our growth. During 2012, as part of our overall strategy, we plan on rolling out a variety of training programmes to assist our agents and managers in delivering a more consistent, professional service to our customers”.

Mr. Vincenti is presently in Vienna, Austria attending a “Train the Trainer” course at RE/MAX Europe Headquarters. The course, which is being delivered by Christian Hrdlicka, Director of Education for RE/MAX Europe, is a six day course covering all aspects of running a real estate office from financial management and marketing to recruiting and retaining sales associates. The course, which will be organised in Malta in 2012, is comprehensive and ideal for new and experienced managers as well as associates aspiring to become managers of a real estate office.

In April 2012, Mr. Vincenti will again be attending a “Train the trainer”, this time for the Tom Ferry Sales Power course also to be held in Vienna. The course, which is a sixteen week training course for real estate associates, is the most comprehensive programme available on the market and will be delivered in the later part of 2012. Mr. Vincenti will be attending the course together with James Busuttil, Franchise owner of RE/MAX Central and local trainer.
