KERCEM - This is one of the most authentic old farmhouses on the island of Gozo. It is over 250 years old and has been expertly converted into a four bedroom farmhouse with a swimming pool. The farmhouse is situated on the outskirts of the small village of Kercem and forms part of the hamlet of Santa Lucia. Entrance to the house is through a lovely courtyard. The hall leads to the Living room, the dining room, the kitchen and a double bedroom with en-suite. All rooms are furnished with antique furniture and all are equipped with ceiling fans. The Kitchen is well equipped with oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. From the kitchen and living room one can go out onto the pool area.
