We are looking to recruit an Administrative Secretary

RE/MAX Malta are looking to recruit an Administrative secretary to fill in a new role at the Regional Office in St. Julian’s.  The person required would have to be a team player, have at least 2 years experience in an administrative role or similar, be computer literate and be competent with Microsoft Office software.

The role will consist of communicating with our eight administrative secretaries on a daily basis, managing the RE/MAX websites, co-ordinating and managing our internal property management database, managing the company’s Facebook page, Blog and other related websites.  Adequate training will be provided as well as an above average remuneration.

This is a challenging job, can be very interesting opportunity for persons looking for a change and wanting to work with young team.
