RE/MAX Sales Associates certified in Succeed training programme.

 A group of RE/MAX sales associates recently received certification upon completion for their participation in the company’s eight week training programme, “Succeed”. The mentoring programme is delivered over an eight week period where the participants are obliged to prepare assignments for every training session including their own business plan that will be their final assessment.   RE/MAX has successfully deployed the succeed programme in Malta for the last 5 years and has seen over 75 RE/MAX associates complete the course of which 98% of the associates are still in employment with the company.

Discussing the training programme Jeffrey Buttigieg, Regional Director explained “Succeed is an innovative training programme.  We believe it is a great platform for new recruits in the industry and it also can stimulate experienced real estate agent.” 

The company is presently delivering the training programme to another seventeen associates and is planning another programme towards the beginning of the year.   “Our expansion plan is on target and within the next few  months  we will see three new offices opened as well as the extension of our St. Julian’s office which may accommodate another ten to twelve more associates.” added Mr. Buttigieg.
