RE/MAX Malta represented at European Convention.
RE/MAX ranked #1 for Customer Satisfaction
Ten RE/MAX Malta affiliates recently attended the 3rd Annual RE/MAX Europe convention which was held at the Austria Trend Savoyen Hotel located in Vienna. The convention, which is held over two and a half days, is one of the annual major calendar events organised for RE/MAX Affiliates. This year the convention saw the participation of over seven hundred and fifty delegates from all over Europe. Other events throughout the year included the annual International Convention held in Las Vegas, Nevada in March and the summer conference for managers and franchise owners held in Miami, Florida at the beginning of August.
The agenda for this year’s RE/MAX Europe convention included key note speakers, Thomas Cooke, a highly successful RE/MAX Affiliate from Canada who spoke about “online lead generation” and “getting and retaining buyer and seller leads” as well as the renowned international trainer, Richard Robbins, who covered the topic “Building a profitable and sustainable Real Estate business in the modern marketplace”. The key note address was delivered by the Chairman and founder of RE/MAX International, David Liniger, who travelled from Denver, Colorado in the USA for this important event. Other speakers included Michael Polzler, Managing Director of RE/MAX Europe and Walter Schneider, President of RE/MAX Europe.
During the key note address Mr. Liniger announced that in an annual Home buyer/seller study carried out by J.D. Power & Associates, a global marketing information services company, RE/MAX ranked highest in customer satisfaction with both buyers and sellers. Commenting on the outcome of the results he said that, “It all comes down to professionalism and a commitment to a premier level of customer service”. Mr Liniger added that “Because RE/MAX agents average more experience and training than other agents, they are better prepared to deal with buyers and sellers in any kind of market.”
During the convention the Maltese delegation had the opportunity to network with top real estate agents from all over Europe and to start building business relationships with the view to refer foreign buyers to Malta. Kevin Buttigieg, managing director of RE/MAX in Malta said “Conventions are about sharing ideas and building personal and business relationships with other foreign counterparts” “I don’t know of any company in Malta other than RE/MAX that provide their associates with the opportunity to meet up with such a large network in one arena that all want to do business together”
