RE/MAX Malta opens tenth and eleventh office

RE/MAX Malta has announced the opening of two RE/MAX franchises that are strategically located in San Gwann and Gzira Seafront.   RE/MAX Malta also announced that Gordon Valentino, an eighteen year veteran of the real estate industry will be a partner of RE/MAX Tigne and the two new franchises.

The offices will be owned by co-franchise owners Michael Bonello, Paul Sammut, and latest partner Gordon Valentino.

RE/MAX San Gwann and RE/MAX Strand will be managed by Paul Sammut and Mark Micallef respectively, both previous office managers of RE/MAX, whereas Gordon Valentino’s role will be to head the operations of the two offices together with RE/MAX Tigne.

Commenting on the signing of the franchises, RE/MAX Malta managing director Kevin Buttigieg said that  “This is yet another example of the strength of the RE/MAX Business model, where you find affiliates of RE/MAX growing within and setting new challenges”. “I recruited Michael Bonello as an associate five years ago and today he is a partner of three franchise offices”.

Mr. Buttigieg also commented that the recruitment of Gordon Valentino into the RE/MAX Family was an important and strategic appointment. “Mr. Valentino has many years of experience in the real estate industry so to have him as one of our partners is an advantage for the company, our associates as well as our customers”.

Mr. Valentino role will be to ensure that the three offices continue to promote growth within by recruiting, retaining and training associates so that they provide a superior service to our customers.

The two offices are already open and provide a fully comprehensive real estate service.  RE/MAX Malta now has eleven offices and over ninety five sales and letting associates.
