RE/MAX Malta opens state of the art office at The Point Shopping Mall

Re/Max Malta has officially inaugurated their fifteenth office at The Point Shopping Malta, Tigne Point, The office, which will be called RE/MAX Real Estate Specialists, is a strategic partnership made up of three successful real estate veterans and the Buttigieg brothers, Kevin and Jeffrey.

The three new franchisees, namely Mauro Sammut, Darren Frendo and Philip Incorvaja have a combined experience of over twenty six years working in the real estate industry. Mauro Sammut, 38, will be managing the operations whereas Darren Frendo, 32 and Philip Incorvaja, 35 will be contributing to the business development and property sales. The company has already recruited a full complement of seven top performing associates in the Industry and will be providing both property sales and letting to their clientele.

Speaking about the opening of this new office, Kevin Buttigieg, Managing Director, RE/MAX Malta said that “This is another milestone in our successful history and we are very proud to welcome Mauro, Philip and Darren to our organisation. They are all young and very successful and will be a major contributor to the success of the company.”

The interior design of the RE/MAX Real Estate Specialist office has been designed in a way that reflects quality, which is one of the main key focuses and part of the overall strategy of the company. Mauro Sammut, Co-Franchise owner and Manager of the office said “We have managed to recruit some of the most experienced real estate professionals in the industry and this will help to provide the best quality service available and at a level we all expect from a RE/MAX Office”.

The new franchise will be servicing all types of clients with various budgets, however it will have a predominant emphasis on middle to up market properties including villas, plots, apartments on and off the seafront, other niche markets and lifestyle developments. The latter especially since they are located in one of the most prestigious Special Designated Areas, Tigne Point.

The RE/MAX Real Estate Specialists office becomes the fourth office located in Sliema and the fifteenth around the Maltese Islands. Mr. Buttigieg added that other offices are expected to be opened in the future “Our Company is growing at different levels including, the quality service, the number of associates and number of branches,” Mr. Buttigieg concluded.
