RE/MAX Malta has announced that it has teamed up with the Malta Property Expo to offer 75 aspiring real estate professionals the opportunity to enrol in a free course offered to be delivered by the RE/MAX Real Estate Academy.
Pre-selected inductees will attend a six-hour introductory course delivered by Re/Max Malta’s real estate trainer, Paul Vincenti, during the Property Expo to be held between Friday 13 April and 15 April 2012 at the Malta Fairs and Convention Centre in Ta’ Qali.
“The training course will be set up in a way where the applicants will be able to understand what it takes to be a real estate agent and how one can be successful using the right tools with the correct real estate training.” “The applicants that complete the training course will be given the opportunity to take the next step and apply for the Succeed Mentoring program which is a 9 week interactive training course which has been developed to get agents straight in to a productive real estate career” stated Kevin Buttigieg, Managing Director of RE/MAX Malta.
The three topics that will be covered during the Malta Property Expo training course will be; “Becoming a successful real estate agent” that entails, having the right attitude – reminding yourself of the potential and being determined – working for win-win outcomes and being professional, “What is sales – why do people buy?”, This session will introduce them into psychology – being the buying process and it amplifies on why sometimes people do not buy and how a real estate agent can understand their customers more so that they can guide them in the right direction and the last topic will be “Dealing with the demanding lead”, which will entail examining the different demanding leads that an agent will encounter in their career and will also offer an insight into how the agent can tackle some difficult situations.
Anyone interested in changing their career and ‘being in business for themselves but not on their own’ and who aspires to earning an above-average income in a professional career, can apply.
A certificate will be issued to those who successfully complete the course.
The introductory course is being held in the MFCC theatre on 13 April from 6.30-8.30 p.m. and on 14 and 15 April from 4.30-6.30 p.m.
