On Friday, 22nd May, RE/MAX Malta associates from across Malta and Gozo came together for the Spring Social at Gnien tal-Gharusa in Mosta. Here is what it was all about.
Real estate moves fast. Between listings, viewings, client calls and everything else that fills a working week, it is easy to forget to slow down. Events like the Spring Social are exactly that reminder.
On Friday, 22nd May 2026, RE/MAX Malta held its Spring Social at Gnien tal-Gharusa in Mosta. It was a simple afternoon out, but one that reminded us why the network we have built here matters so much.
The event brought together associates from across Malta and Gozo for an afternoon of good food, easy conversation and, of course, talk of the latest listings. There were delicious snacks, familiar faces and plenty of new ones too.
That last part is important. One of the main aims of these gatherings is to give new joiners a proper introduction to the RE/MAX community, not through a presentation or a formal onboarding session, but through the kind of relaxed conversation that helps people settle in and feel part of something.
For those of us who have been with the network for a while, it is a chance to reconnect with associates we do not always cross paths with day-to-day, especially when our offices span different parts of the islands.
What we are building through these events goes beyond traditional networking. Yes, agents will always find themselves talking shop, and that is no bad thing. Sharing what is working, which areas are moving, and which types of properties tenants are asking about right now, all of that is genuinely useful.
But the personal side matters just as much. Meeting people in a calmer setting, without the pressure of targets or deadlines, allows for different kinds of conversations. You learn more about the people around you, build trust gradually and find support in places you might not have expected.
This is the culture on which RE/MAX Malta is built. Independent people, working for themselves, but never by themselves.

The Spring Social is the first event of 2026, and we plan to make it a regular series throughout the year. As we head into summer, we are already looking at the next opportunity to bring our associates together.
If the idea of being part of a network like this appeals to you, whether you are already working in real estate or considering a move into the industry, we would love to hear from you. RE/MAX Malta offers full training through our internal Academy, dedicated support from day one, access to our Onyx platform and a commission structure with no ceiling on what you can earn.
The community comes with it.
