19 RE/MAX Malta offices have joined forces under RE/MAX Affiliates

More than half of all RE/MAX Malta offices across Malta and Gozo recently united under a new brand named RE/MAX Affiliates.

This new platform offers over 200 RE/MAX associates working in 19 offices across the islands the opportunity to share resources, including a marketing team, a newly-formed bespoke training academy, and a consolidated set of values and brand promise to the general public.

“Our vision for RE/MAX Affiliates is to build an organisation that works more collaboratively, provides a consistent service as expected from the RE/MAX brand, and creates stronger foundations for consolidated growth,” says Arnold Cini, the newly-appointed CEO of RE/MAX Affiliates. “This initiative has been in the making for 18 months, and it would not have been possible without the full support of the RE/MAX Malta franchise owners, managers and associates.”

As part of the real estate franchise RE/MAX Malta – which currently has 32 offices open throughout the Maltese islands – RE/MAX Affiliates has introduced a new set of values that are aligned with those of the RE/MAX main brand. This positions those involved as united, are knowledge-led experts, and highlights the key values of being trailblazers, having care, and being empowered.

“The values of RE/MAX Malta have always focused on the entrepreneurial spirit of the people that make up the organisation,” Mr Cini continues. “Our aim now is to emulate the continued success of the RE/MAX brand in Malta, by providing the necessary tools and a tailor-made real estate education to our agents.”

The new RE/MAX Affiliates brand also incorporates an exclusive 15-day training programme, developed through a unique collaboration between all offices united under the brand. This ’15-Day Accelerator Programme’ covers all aspects of the technical role of an agent, and also offers practical guidance regarding the all-important ‘soft’ skills required by new and experienced associates alike in the world of real estate.
