We were recommended to use Peter and Paul Sullivan at ReMax by one of their long-term satisfied customers. We were new to Malta and were looking for an outstanding 2-bed apartment which had to have waterfront views and a garage all within a specific rental budget. Not knowing Malta well enough to know exactly where we wanted to settle, Peter Sullivan spent 2/3 days showing us around the island, including Gozo and arranged a number of viewings to better understand exactly what we did, and did not like. We eventually settled on Spinola Bay, and Paul Sullivan (Peter’s son) then set about a comprehensive search of what was available. Because the market is so ‘hot’ the turnover is rapid and when he found exactly what we were looking for, he helped us to move decisively to secure it - we agreed to rent solely based on his strong recommendation and a video tour - the Sullivans deep understanding of precisely what we were looking for and their strong presence in the market combined to find us the perfect home with which we are delighted. Paul was invaluable when it came to completing the lease formalities with the landlord and Notary, and has subsequently helped with all the small things that someone new to the island needs to know. The Sullivans have a well deserved reputation for supporting their clients as they settle in and are genuinely nice people to deal with who value their client relationships. They make everything very easy, nothing is too much trouble for them and I will certainly use them again. That’s an unqualified recommendation - well done, you deserve it!
