My wife and I, we decided to relocate to the island of Gozo and started looking for a property to buy. About a year ago we were looking for a holiday home for us to buy. By chance, we discovered a wonderful house, which offers the typical farmhouse character of Gozo. That's how we came into contact with Cristiana. The very next day we had a first video meeting, because Cristiana drove to the house only for us to make a virtual walkthrough via video call. The decision to buy the house was made quickly. We were able to talk to Cristiana at any time and for all questions and topics. She took care of countless papers and forms, is always available to answer questions and immediately sets up communication between the notary and the owner of the house to answer any questions. She also didn't hesitate to help us to transfer all the necessary licenses on our name even after the purchase was fulfilled. We managed to purchase our new home in Gozo thanks to Cristianas great help and a tremendous amount of work she did. We never felt like we didn't know what to do for a moment. All open tasks could be solved immediately in an excellent cooperation, for which we would like to say a big thank you to you, Cristiana. We are completely satisfied with the work and especially the assistance that went beyond the normal scope of work.
