I would highly recommend them especially if you liaise with the agent I had - Mauro De Flavia. He was extremely helpful and, apart from keeping me calm (which is not an easy task) since I had some issues which also relates to my personal life, he found a solution to all the issues which could lead to me not managing to proceed with the purchase. I loved the place as soon as I went into it. I felt it was the one after visiting several other places (even with different agents). What I really liked and admired is that I did not get the feeling that I am forced to buy or that it is the only option I have. Also, even though I could not hide the enthusiasm when I went to this place, he still tried to help me reduce a bit the price to fit my budget. I will definitely be grateful to this person and I really hope that every agent treats his clients like he does. Not just money making but he does it with passion to help while maintaining professionalism.
