Serviced Apartments

A short-term rental usually last for a couple of weeks and is referred to as a ‘holiday rental’. However this term may be a little misleading, as a large part of this sector caters for business executives or teams who are simply visiting Malta, and that prefer not to stay in a hotel.

If staying in a hotel isn’t feasible for your or your staff, there are a multitude of short-let, serviced properties are available in Malta, specifically equipped to handle short visits. These properties are often centrally located and have full amenities including cable TV, high-speed internet and a cleaning service.

However, should you prefer something a little more unusual for a short stay – such as a villa with a pool for example – our letting database is extensive enough to be able to accommodate such requests too.

Please note, that a ‘short term’ let refers to any agreement that is less than six months in duration.

Hotel Reservations
