I have recently made a rent agreement for an apartment in Gzira-Malta, It was an urgent request made in 25 Apr at night that need to be closed before the end of the month. Isabella was very helpful and honest. She didn’t push offering properties exceeding my budget or need. She was very patient waiting for the good one for what I was looking for. The property is top quality one, modern style, very bright, with balconies and we arrange to have a good deal for the area and the quality of the furniture. I suppose that it’s a 60 square meter 2 bed 2 baths in Gzira, and I close the deal for 1000€ monthly. She was very professional on dealing with the owner and I liked her networking connections with owners. For sure I can continue to collaborate with her even in the future or in a long term commitment. Thank you!
