RE/MAX Malta Affiliates attend RE/MAX Europe and RE/MAX Sweden conventions

 IMAG0047Last week a group of RE/MAX Malta associates and franchise owners attended the RE/MAX European Convention at the Savoyen Austria Trend Hotel in Vienna and then headed to Stockholm to meet with RE/MAX Sweden Affiliates at The Globe Quality Hotel at the Globen Convention Centre in Stockholm where they also attended the International Property Fair organised by Fair Media International.   Over 500 RE/MAX Affiliates attended the European convention in Vienna from all over Europe, whereas at the RE/MAX Sweden convention there were over 100 RE/MAX Sweden Affiliates in Attendence.
 
Both conventions were a success, where the Maltese networked with associates from around Europe in Vienna and in Stockholm they took the opportunity to provide a 40 minute presentation to RE/MAX Sweden affiliates on “Buying property in Malta“.   The RE/MAX European convention in Vienna was tageted to all the RE/MAX Network in Europe.  KeyNote Speakers included RE/MAX Europe Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Chuck Lemire, Premier Real Estate and Life Coach Tom Ferry, Michael Polzler, Regional Director of the largest RE/MAX Operation in North America and Walter Schneider, President and co-founder of RE/MAX Integra which includes RE/MAX Ontario-Atlantic Canada, RE/MAX of New England, RE/MAX North Central, RE/MAX Indiana and RE/MAX Europe.
 
Speaking about the conventions Jeffrey Buttigieg said “The Vienna convention was educational where we exchanged ideas with other agents from all over Europe.  The Sweden convention was more business prospecting. There are many Swedish nationals that we deal with through RE/MAX Sweden and our main goal was to educate the RE/MAX Sweden network on buying in Malta and to continue to further enhance our ties with them”

 RE/MAX is present in 35 countries all around Europe with over 11, 000 associates and RE/MAX Malta shares a database of clients and a property database with over 150, 000 properties listed.  There are another 45 countries outside of Europe and over 95, 000 associates worldwide.
