I am Rosanna, after having been an entrepreneur in the communications and marketing sector for 15 years. Having been the editor of a magazine for real estate agencies and collaborating in the family construction company, I entered the world of coaching by helping entrepreneurs improve their performance thanks to marketing strategies and customer loyalty.
In 2013 I moved to the Mediterranean island of Malta and started focusing on my latent passion: investing in real estate. I bought some properties to renovate. I have converted and sold them or made rental income. Therefore when you are looking for a property for an investment I know exactly what you are looking for :-)
Like you, I found myself in the situation of touring various real estate agencies, searching ads, calling from for sale by owner signs... but what a chore! I met competent agents, but some… no words!
So I decided to try my hand at this profession as a real estate agent and Property Finder, in light of the fact I already had experience in construction in Italy, so it was absolutely not a new world for me.
For over 7 years I have been helping those who are looking for real estate to reach their goal: either the house of their dreams or a property that maximizes their investment, in a short time and showing only properties within target.
