My passion for real estate also comes with a genuine interest to help. During my 20 years’ experience I have earned the trust of many locals and expats which I perceive from returning clients who come to buy their 2nd property, sell their homes or refer me to their family and friends. I attribute this to my way of doing business which is that ‘honesty is the best policy’. I believe losing a deal today sometimes leads to closing one in the future if one threats clients fairly.
For the majority of clients buying a property is a once in a lifetime experience. It will involve the biggest expenditure they will ever go through. For this reason I always keep in mind my clients deserve all the patience and attention I could provide them with.
I look forward to participating in the process a client goes through in order to find their ideal home or investment. Sometimes, this involves discussing in detail the client’s requirements and lifestyle. This places me in a better position to line up the best potentially suitable properties. Having satisfied clients is a bonus and the reasons why I enjoy this line of work so much.
