I
have always had a passion for property. At age 21, I bought my first property
to convert and resell. Many others followed over the years. This success
encouraged me to keep developing myself in many related aspects of the industry
and over the years I was involved in the conversion of many top properties in
Malta including works at a Palazzo in St Barbara Bastions, Valletta, Character
Homes from Gharghur to Zejtun, and local heritage monuments including the
Barrakka Gate and guests quarters at the Manoel Theatre in Valletta.
I
have now been involved in the property business in Malta for over 30 years. My
main focus today is on assisting clients in selecting the right property,
whether it’s their second home, a buy-to-let investment, or a substantial
investment in one of the major development projects coming up. Each and every
client will always receive the same care and attention that is synonymous with
my work.
With
my hands-on approach, I keep in touch with the changing local market. Over the
years I have built a solid team of professionals who ensure that all clients
receive independent advice on any area they may need, including residency or
citizenship, tax advice, financial guidance, interior design, property
management, and many other areas. I ensure that long-term relationships are
built to guarantee excellent results for all my clients through honesty and
trust. I specialise in luxury apartments, penthouses, villas, bungalows, and
properties in Lifestyle Developments (Special Designated Areas), ideal for
international investors. I am always on the lookout for new major projects
coming up and I am normally involved in these projects at very early stages,
offering my investors the opportunity to buy-in before they even become
available to the general public. I am a leading specialist in character homes -
houses of character, townhouses, palazzos, and farmhouses with land and I
operate an established dedicated brand "The House of Character
Specialist" which today enjoys a very good following. I am also
knowledgeable about corporate offices, warehouses, and other commercial
properties including boutique hotels.
I
operate from the Re/Max Office in The Point, Sliema, and I am supported by a
solid team of professionals who ensure that my clients receive the best service
and support. My clients are high net-worth buyers and high-end sellers who have
substantial real estate in Malta and abroad, second home local buyers who are
looking for a new dream home, local investors looking for various investment
