After some chats with plant protection department I found out that the premises that were available for my plant store were not adequate and so I had very little time to find an adequate place. I messaged countless companies and agents, and David Bonello was the only one that came through. He went out of his way to contact a landlord who's property had already been rented, however, thanks to David calling him to confirm, the landlord advised that he had something else. It did not take long to do a viewing of the premises and David was very understanding about my time restrictions since I had a date when my supply would arrive in Malta. I didn't want to rent too early and neither too late. He did not just make sure to find me somewhere, but somewhere good, at an affordable price and with great consideration to my time restrictions. I recently had the pleasure of working with Ms Vanessa and you David (and RE/MAX agency) when looking for our new home. From day one, you were both extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what we were looking for. The best part about working with you was that you were always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than you were on closing a deal.
